Come camping with APIQWTC! Hendy Woods State Park features two virgin redwood groves- Big Hendy (80 acres, with a self-guided discovery trail) and Little Hendy (20 acres). The Navarro River runs the length of the park. Located in the middle of the Anderson Valley wine district, the 850-acre park is warmer and less foggy than redwood parks along the coast. 

Important Dates:

Where: Hendy Woods State Park, eight miles northwest of Boonville in Mendocino County

When: Friday 5/17 to Sunday 5/19

Cost: Approximately $20 for camping fees – depends on number of attendees

Limited ADA-Accesible trails

  • Kids welcome!
  • Dogs on-leash welcome!

The first 14 people to pay a $20 deposit are confirmed. Cost of food will be additional. Breakfast & Dinner will be shared, cooking teams will be assigned. Camping gear not supplied.  No refunds. Liability waivers required with deposit check. Please download and sign waiver form. Please email for deposit mailing address.
