Women’s Dodgeball in the Castro!

It’s all about the balls… Dodgeball, of course! That’s right, we’re going to play All-Women’s Dodgeball and you’re invited! Come and play or just come and cheerlead! It’s $5 to play and beginners are welcome!

What you need: $5 cash to play. A water bottle. Cash if you want to go out afterwards for drinks. What to wear: Sneakers, t-shirt, shorts or comfy gym pants. Prepare to sweat! And warm clothes for afterwards.

Want to carpool or find a MUNI/BART travel buddy? Post your heart’s desires in the comments section below. Parking in that area is tricky, so if you’re driving but hate looking for parking, here’s my secret: Drive to the outskirts of SF (West Portal for me), park near a Muni station, and take Muni to the Castro. It’s a short walk to the Rec Center. Easy peasy!
