This year, for the first time, there will be an exciting opportunity for all you foodies and chefs out there: We will be holding our first annual “TOP API CHEF” cooking contest at the picnic!
For those who are “Top Chef” fans (and Kristen Kish fans – winner of Top Chef Season 10, and a badass/awesome queer Korean American chef/model), we will be hosting a Quickfire Challenge. All participating cheftestants/contestents will be given some simple ingredients to create the most delicious dish using a bbq grill. Top 3 cheftestants will receive exciting cash prizes!! All picnic participants will be invited to taste and judge the dishes, and winners will be determined by popular vote.
If you would like to be a cheftestant, please RSVP to . You will receive more details after you RSVP. This contest does not require refined cooking skills, just the desire and willingness to have fun in creating a yummy dish on the fly!
Kids, allies and families welcome! We’ll also have field games for both adults and children with prizes!
SEE YOU THERE!!
