You’re Invited to APIQWTC’s Annual Lake Tahoe Trip
President’s Day Weekend 2020!

Whether you’ve been making the trek for years or have never seen snow before, please join us in South Lake Tahoe for a weekend of winterland fun. Skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, photographing, and “cabineering” (relaxing by the fireplace, cooking, eating, and playing games)… so many possibilities!

When:
Saturday 2/15/2020 – Monday 2/17/2020

Where:
There is room for 20 people at our reserved mega-cabin, the marvelous Richardson House at historic Camp Richardson in South Lake Tahoe.

Cost & Financial Assistance:
Registration fee: $100 per person for both nights, paid to organizers. Financial assistance available. If you have the means and would like to cover someone else’s fee anonymously, please email .
Shared food cost (typically $25-30, varies)
Tip for cleaners ($3-5)
Optional costs paid for individually:
Costs of travel
Activities, snacks
Any snowsport rentals etc.

Accessibility Information:
Access needs will be collected in a form before the trip.
If folks in recovery alert us drugs/alcohol use limits their participation, we may ask all participants to have a sober or semi-sober space.
We expect this to be a low accessibility trip scent-wise.
Limited ADA accessibility: on the first floor is one ADA-accessible bedroom, and one ADA-accessible bathroom.

How to reserve your spot:
Reserve your spot by sending in your registration fee *and* signed liability waiver. The deadline to register is 1/25/20 *however* is first come, first-served and we expect the trip to fill before the deadline.
